Drunk and driving without a license

Weida: On 14.01.2025 at around 21:30, police officers checked a 21-year-old car driver on Neustädter Straße in Weida. The check revealed that the driver was significantly under the influence of alcohol.
A breath alcohol pretest showed a value of 1.26 per mille. Furthermore, the 21-year-old stated that she could not show a driving license, as it had been burned in Ukraine. A blood sample was ordered and an investigation was initiated for drunk driving and driving without a license. (BF)
