Traffic accident with personal injury

On January 14, 2025, a traffic accident occurred in the parking lot of the Globus hardware store in Wittlich, injuring a pedestrian. According to the current state of the investigation, the 59-year-old accident perpetrator drove his car into the parking lot of the Globus hardware store at around 2:10 pm.
In the parking lot, he overlooked a 63-year-old pedestrian. The pedestrian was hit by the car, causing him to fall and get injured. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for further clarification. A RTW crew and a patrol from the Wittlich police station were on duty.
