Intoxicated at the gas station

On late Monday evening, a witness informed the police officers of the Suhl operational support, who were currently on the premises of a petrol station on Gothaer Straße in Suhl, that a motorist had bought beer and appeared drunk to him. The police officers were able to locate the driver shortly afterwards and subject him to a check.
They too noticed the smell of alcohol and slurred speech. Since the man refused a breathalyzer test, the police officers ordered a blood test. Furthermore, there was a driving ban against him, which is why a report was also made for driving without a license.
