(GP) Wiesensteig - No longer roadworthy / On Monday, a drunk driver hit a parked car

Around 0.30, the 48-year-old was driving his Renault on Helfensteinstraße. There, he collided with a parked Mercedes.
Without taking care of the damage, he fled the scene of the accident. Witnesses noticed the accident and informed the police. The witnesses followed the vehicle and found the accident-damaged Renault standing on Helfensteinstraße. They shared the location with the police. The police checked the driver involved in the accident. He smelled strongly of alcohol. His driver's license was confiscated and he had to give a blood sample.
