Fugitive shoplifter steals sweater

An unknown female perpetrator stole several sweaters on Friday, January 10, from a fashion store on Nordstraße. A witness was able to observe around 2.30 pm how the suspect took several sweaters from a clothes rack in front of the store and then fled north on a bicycle.
The shoplifter was pursued by passers-by up to the intersection of Nordstraße / Westenwall before she was lost from sight.

The suspect is believed to be a woman aged between 30 and 40 years old, who is 1.60 to 1.70 meters tall and slim. At the time of the crime, she was wearing a black jacket with a hood and a black scarf, which she had pulled up to her nose.
