The perpetrators smashed the windows of a total of four parked cars. According to witness statements, three male perpetrators were seen near the parked vehicle. The men were dressed in dark clothing, one wore a winter jacket and a hood. After they had smashed the window, they fled in an unknown direction. On Sunday, January 12, 2025, four suspects aged 15 to 28, who wanted to use the previously stolen credit cards for shopping, were arrested by officers of the 4th precinct in Frankfurt as part of a recovery operation. The further investigations are ongoing.
