Accordingly, the German was sentenced to a six-month prison sentence in March of the previous year for endangering road traffic. This was suspended on probation. However, as mentioned, since he had not complied with the conditions, the arrest warrant was issued. The federal police officers presented this to the man, arrested him and contacted the affected district court. The wanted person was presented to a judge on the same day, who confirmed the arrest warrant. Accordingly, the federal police officers handed the convicted person over to a correctional facility.
