Rudolstadt: Brazen theft from a construction site

Particularly brazen was the fact that one of the victims was in the immediate vicinity and saw the fleeing perpetrator. He was able to describe him as follows: dressed in dark clothing with a hood, apparent age under 25 years, slim figure, height approximately 1.70 meters.
