Traffic accident with minor injury due to negligence

On Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at around 6:00 PM, a traffic accident occurred due to carelessness, resulting in one person being slightly injured. Initially, both cars stopped at the red light on Freiligrathstraße at the intersection with Am Fort Elisabeth Street.
A 30-year-old from Nieder-Olm took his foot off the clutch despite being in gear, causing his vehicle to lurch forward and collide with the car of a 44-year-old from Mainz. The latter was slightly injured in the collision. The vehicles sustained damage estimated at around 4000 Euros.
