E-scooter not insured

On Tuesday morning, a 17-year-old was subjected to a traffic check on his e-scooter on Hagenbacher Street, as there was no insurance license plate attached to the e-scooter. The driver pleaded ignorance regarding the insurance obligation for e-scooters.
A valid insurance could not be presented. The continuation of the journey was prohibited. Proceedings were initiated against him.
