The man pictured is believed to have committed two thefts in a row in the city center of Bochum on the afternoon of November 7, 2024. First, he stole a mobile phone from a 54-year-old woman from Herne in her workspace at an educational institute on Westring 11; shortly afterwards, he stole a handbag, wallet, and car keys from an office of an educational center on Bessemerstraße 80 from an employee (37, from Selm).
