Shoplifter temporarily arrested
On Monday afternoon, January 13, a 26-year-old shoplifter from Kamen was observed stealing in a perfume shop at Richard-Matthaei-Platz. During his search, the police officers called to the scene found stolen goods in the lower three-digit range and handed them over to the store.
