Car tires punctured - Police seeking witnesses
An as yet unknown individual has apparently deliberately punctured four car tires in Bremerhaven-Leherheide. The police are now looking for witnesses who can provide information on the perpetrator.
According to initial findings, the 35-year-old driver had parked the gray Skoda on Saturday evening, January 11, around 9 pm under a carport on Mecklenburger Weg, not far from Hans-Böckler-Straße. On Sunday morning, January 12, around 5 am, he noticed the damage and contacted the police. All four tires were flat and showed puncture marks.
The Bremerhaven police ask witnesses who have made suspicious observations in the area of Mecklenburger Weg to call 0471/953-4444.
