Pizza delivery was a priority

As a witness reported, a car hit a bollard on Binswangerstraße at around 6:30 pm on Sunday evening. It was a pizza delivery driver who continued driving after the collision because he did not want to keep the customer waiting.
However, the law does not provide for any exceptions, so he now has to answer for leaving the scene of an accident without permission. Approximately 2,500 euros worth of damage was recorded on the bollard, as it was equipped with electronics for lowering. The accident vehicle had to be left behind because it lost operating fluid after the frontal impact.
