Again on the road without car insurance
BOCKENEM (erb). On 16.01.2025, around 00:30 am, a radio patrol of the Bad Salzdetfurth police checked a VW Sharan on Hindenburgstraße in 31167 Bockenem.
During the inspection of the vehicle, the police officers found that it apparently no longer had insurance coverage. The officers prohibited further driving and prepared for the decommissioning of the car.
Against the driver, who was also the owner of the motor vehicle, the officers initiated a criminal proceeding for violation of the compulsory insurance law. As the man, who resides in the city area of Bockenem, had previously appeared in similar circumstances, he now faces severe criminal sanctions.
