Voerde - 27-year-old drives twice without a driving license

On Sunday at 23.27, police officers noticed a car driver on the street "Zum Buschacker" who was driving under the influence of drugs and did not possess a driving license. A witness had informed the police about the suspicious vehicle.
The 27-year-old came towards the police officers on the street "Zum Buschacker". The emergency services followed the car and stopped it at the intersection of Dinslakener Straße/Fürstenring. A saliva test indicated that the man from Essen had consumed narcotics.

At the East Police Station in Dinslaken, a doctor took a blood sample from the man. When the officers released him at 1.15 am, they prohibited him from driving a vehicle. Nevertheless, the Syrian later got behind the wheel again. Therefore, the officers secured the car keys.
