Small Japanese Fashion Brand Creates a Godzilla Shoes in The Honor of Oscar Win

After Godzilla’s Oscar win, a little Japanese fashion brand gains popularity.

Director Takashi Yamazaki and the film’s visual effects team wore scene-stealing Godzilla shoes to the Oscars presentation at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. While the basic black designs are stylish, the elevated heels are Godzilla claws, adding a darkly dynamic touch.

Ryosuke Matsui and Hazama designed the Godzilla shoes:

“These are Godzilla shoes, which may not be an exaggeration to say that they are the most talked about shoes in the world right now! This product was produced by our brand, so we appreciate your understanding. We are also considering selling Godzilla shoes in some form overseas around the summer.”
