When the car was finally stopped and the driver could be subjected to a check, it quickly became clear that alcohol was involved. The aforementioned breathalyzer test confirmed this. Subsequently, the driver had to undergo the necessary blood test. The driver's license was confiscated and the car key was also taken to prevent any possible continuation of the journey.
