Driving under the influence of intoxicating substances
On Friday, January 10, 2025, at around 7:35 PM, a 24-year-old vehicle driver was subjected to a traffic check on Dürkheimer Straße. During this, signs typical of drug use were detected.
A voluntary drug test came back positive for the psychoactive substance THC, which substantiates the suspicion of cannabis use. A doctor took a blood sample from the individual and the vehicle key was confiscated. In addition, a misdemeanor procedure was initiated according to § 24 a StVG and the driving license authority was informed.
